What we collect

Information you give us

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit, plus a phone number if you choose to add one. That information is sent to us by email so that we can reply. We use it for that purpose and no other — we do not add contact-form submissions to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which links are clicked, in aggregate. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data on Google’s infrastructure under its own privacy terms.

We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, session recording, heatmaps or fingerprinting.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for or store payment information. No transaction happens on this site.
• We do not require an account, and there is nothing to log in to.
• We do not run a newsletter, so we hold no subscriber list.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anybody.

Affiliate links

Product links on this site route through a redirect on our own domain and then to Amazon, carrying an affiliate tag. Once you arrive at Amazon you are subject to Amazon’s privacy policy, and Amazon may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase. We receive only aggregate commission reporting from Amazon — we cannot see who you are or what you bought as an individual. See our affiliate disclosure.

Cookies

Kick & Volt does not set its own cookies for tracking. Cookies that may be set on your device while using this site come from Google Analytics and, after you follow a product link, from Amazon. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works normally without them.

Third parties

• Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Processes standard server request logs.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and link-click measurement.
• Microsoft (Graph API) — delivers contact-form submissions to us by email.
• Amazon — the retailer our product links point to, once you leave this site.

Retention

Contact-form emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings. Server logs are retained by our host under its own schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. In practice the only personal information we are likely to hold is a contact-form email you sent us. Write to contact@kickandvolt.com and we will act on it.

Children

This site is intended for adults shopping for electric scooters. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not re-date the page for cosmetic edits.
